** PHOTOS TO FOLLOW ** When Toyota's MR2 was redesigned for 1991, the mid-engine sports car traded its former wedge-inspired design for international super car looks. But this just wasn't a good looker. Underneath its baby Ferrari body was communicative steering and an agile chassis that, along with its peppy DOHC, 16-valve inline four and slick-shifting 5-speed gearbox, made the new MR2 a blast to drive, whether commuting to work or unraveling a curvy mountain road. Here we have a 1991 Toyota MR2 that features the available T-top roof as well as plenty of other options that boost the fun and comfort factors. This example is very rare in that in has had just one owner and it hasn't been modified at all, so there are no horrific upgrades such as oversized wheels, a slammed-to-the-ground suspension, screwed-up camber settings or an obnoxious coffee-can exhaust. The MR2's rock-solid body still has its original and presentable Signal Yellow paint (just one of 164 T-top non-Turbos in this color). The original alloy wheels could use a refinishing. The interior is in very good condition while feature highlights include air conditioning, power steering, anti-lock power disc brakes, power windows/locks and premium audio system. Documentation includes the original window sticker, title, and bill-of-sale. Note that this car is being sold as-is and could either just be sorted out and enjoyed with its patina intact or be a great basis for a light restoration.
