Selling my 1973 Dodge Challenger.
This car is set up as an R/T clone. 340-6pack-4 speed
It has a 425+hp 340ci motor connected to a 4 speed manual with pistol grip shifter.
( hard to find combination )
The motor is a crate motor with aluminum heads, roller rockers and springs. It has ceramic coated headers, MSD ignition system, C&R racing aluminum radiator with electric fan and Milodin Road Race oil pan. This car really sounds mean with all that horsepower running through Flowmaster mufflers.
The six pack carburetors work as they should when you open 'er up!
It has power front disc brakes with drums in the rear. Power steering that is real smooth. New shocks on the front and rear.
On the inside, the dash is equipped with Rally gauges, center console surrounding the 4 speed pistol grip shifter. All gauges and lights work.
The wheels are 17" Hurst Dazzlers wrapped in Toyo performance tires.
The paint is very presentable for being done around 10 or so years ago ( I did not have the car painted ) It is black over yellow separated by silver graphics.
On the top there is some areas that are "bumpy". I am not sure if it is remnants from a vinyl top removal that had poor prep work done?? All of the panels fit nice and gaps are nice. All quarters, door jambs are in nice shape. The fiberglass rear wing has some fine cracks in it.
I am trying to be honest in describing the car.
This car is extremely fun to drive with all the power, smooth ride and LOUD!
My neighbors have commented that they know which one of my cars is coming out of the garage for a spin.
If you want a car to cruise around, maybe push the envelope with running the 425+ horsepower and shifting the 4 speed pistol grip transmission. Let me know.
