With its winning combination of style and performance, it is no wonder that the 1979 Trans Am was the most popular for the second-generation's 12-year production run. Look close and you'll see arrow-straight body panels as well as doors that line up properly and open and shut crisply. As this very low mileage and pampered car was Ziebarted (anti-rust application) when new, the underside is also rock solid.
